FAQs

Can you take a commission?

Of course! When you’re ready to begin the process, go ahead and fill this out: Commission Form

How do you calculate commissions?

My commissions are calculated by a variety of factors. Most of it comes down to the details, materials, time, and difficulty of the order. Any other factors in it would depend on the uniqueness of the commission.

What other details can you tell me about commissions?

My commission process is detailed in order to make sure that I truly know what you want me to craft for you. I try to confirm as much of these details as possible at the beginning of the process to avoid any chance of addition charges as well as the order taking longer to complete.

When does your shop restock?

Individual sets are added to my shop at random times. I do have theme based restocks and sales from time to time.

What’s the best way to know when a sale or large restock is coming?

By following my Instagram and TikTok accounts you’ll have the best access to news about my shop. This includes new sets to be added, sales, and restocks.

Where can I find your social media account(s)?

Right now I have a social media account on Instagram @agni_karu_treasure and TikTok @agnikarutreasure. You can also click the Instagram icon on the top right corner or bottom of my website!

How does payment work?

All prices on my shop are in USD Currency and may change depending on your currency conversion!!!! US addresses will be able to pay with debit or credit card in addition to PayPal. Out of country addresses must go through PayPal due to the currency conversion. If there is any issue involving checkout, let’s figure it out together!

How much do your dice cost?

My dice vary in price for a variety of factors. (ex. Time, Materials, etc.) It truly depends on the set itself, but they average around $75 per item for a standard set of 7.

Where is the shipping and handling cost?

Shipping and handling cost are included in the total price already. The only other prices that could be added to the cost are sales taxes depending on location, out of country addresses, and expedited shipping cost if requested.

How is shipping and handling calculated ?

Domestic (US) shipping and handling is dependent on location. International shipping will be calculated at checkout and will most likely be around $20-$40 depending on where you live. I go by shipping regulations and prices from the post office and add other factors in accordance. Important note: Unfortunately due to inflation the average price for international shipping has increased. I’m truly sorry, but I can guarantee you that I’m doing the best I can to minimize the cost that you pay to ship.

What countries do you ship too ?

Currently I only ship to the following countries: USA, Australia, Austria, Belgium, Canada (all provinces), Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Ireland, Italy, Netherlands, Portugal, Spain, and the United Kingdom. If you are ordering from somewhere else then message me so we can try to work something out.

How long does it take to ship a product?

Once I physically ship a package it’s out of my hands. I ship based off of the selected method which is standard or expedited. Please allow 1-2 business weeks for domestic (US) mail, but it could be around a 4-6 business weeks for out of country orders.

Are your dice balanced?

All my dice are balanced checked before being listed for sale. Unless there is something in the description of the individual set that says otherwise. If not, then the dice passed the balance check with me. Keep in mind that certain sets that are listed as unbalanced are still usable for tabletop games. My dice are not casino-grade dice and should not be used in place of casino-grade dice.

What does “Handmade Dice” mean?

All of my dice are personally crafted by me. I cast my own brand of dice using epoxy resin accompanied by other products (alcohol inks, micas, etc.) to create the different effects and sets. Glitters, inclusions, and similar products may also be used in my dice.

Are your dice perfect?

Absolutely not. My dice are made by hand and should never be represented as perfect or machine-like quality. My dice can have small indications of their craftsmanship in the finished product. That being said, I will never sell dice if I think they may not be usable. I have too much respect for my supporters and travelers to let them walk away with gaps and strong hinderances in their sets.
